Matcha is Japanese powdered tea made from tender tea leaves grown under shade in Kyoto. Traditionally this is the tea Japanese use for their tea ceremony. Unlike other tea leaves, this fine powder is consumed and can be blended into milkshakes or icecreams and used for lattes. It is rich in Vitamin C.
