A delicious green tea and berry, smoothie recipie, full of anti oxidants, vitamins and nutrients. Lactose free and perfect for hot days.  Just place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. We like using Tea Therapys' Australian Sencha for the best Green Tea flavour for this recipie.

Try this lovely iced tea, made with Pina Colada fruit tea, and turned into a fantastic tropical taste and summer quencher! Ingredients 2 Tbsp Pina Colada fruit tea 1 Tbspn sugar 1.5 litres of hot water. 1 tin of coconut milk Method Infuse Pina Colada fruit tea, and sugar into hot water. A delicious, creamy dessert made with Green Matcha tea. Ingredients 250ml Cream 250ml Full cream milk 2 tablespoon Sugar 5 egg yolks 4 teaspoons Green Matcha Tea powder Method Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Mix the cream and milk in a pan, add the sugar and slowly warm. No need for an ice-cream maker! This is a great ice-cream that resembles gelato, with turkish delight flavours. Daydream works well in this ice-cream, but other flavoured black tea, such as Earl Grey Romantica, will work too.
