Try this lovely iced tea, made with Pina Colada fruit tea, and turned into a fantastic tropical taste and summer quencher! Ingredients 2 Tbsp Pina Colada fruit tea 1 Tbspn sugar 1.5 litres of hot water. 1 tin of coconut milk Method Infuse Pina Colada fruit tea, and sugar into hot water. Ingredients 250ml Cream 250ml Full cream milk 2 tablespoon Sugar 5 egg yolks 4 teaspoons Green Matcha Tea powder Method Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Daydream works well in this ice-cream, but other flavoured black tea, such as Earl Grey Romantica, will work too.
